Welcome to Lesson 2! This lesson is the first part of the choreography "Learning the Dance"! In class, we will work on arm plasticity in dance, body relaxation, and coordination training. To relax the body and improve plasticity, there will be several exercises. You can also use elements of yoga or Pilates to improve flexibility and coordination of movements. And finally, for coordination training, you can use the special exercises provided in the lesson. Remember to perform the exercises slowly, controlling each movement. Gradually increase the complexity and speed. Keep in mind that with each lesson, you will become more plastic and graceful in dance. Good luck!
