The Tribal Fusion Belly Dance course consists of 15 dance lessons that will help you master various elements of this dance style. Each lesson is approximately 15 minutes long, making it convenient and accessible to practice anywhere, anytime. In the first introductory lesson, you will meet the instructor and also experience: Warm-up and basic dance moves, including work with the hips, tailbone, and shoulders. You will begin to learn the Belly Dance style and master the basic movements that form the foundation of Tribal Fusion Belly Dance.
