My name is Alina. I have been dancing since early childhood; my mom enrolled me in a dance class at age 3, and that's where it all began. In school, I did ballroom dancing for several years, then danced for 6 years in Valery Tereshkin's Free Ballet, which gave me a foundation and basic movement vocabulary. Dancing has always helped me relax and enjoy myself; it's in dance that I can feel comfortable, think about nothing, and just enjoy the process. At some point, I realized I wanted to learn new and modern styles, and then a cool dance center opened in our city. I went to almost all the classes and absolutely loved it. When I finished school and entered medical university, dancing became much less frequent in my life, and I missed it terribly; I almost stopped dancing. After a while, I realized I wanted to bring it back into my life! Just at that time, the dance studio Emotion opened in Krasnoyarsk, focusing on the strip style. I danced a lot, but at some point I wanted to teach myself, to share my inner energy with people. So I became a trainer at Emotion, where I still lead classes, teaching GIRLY/STRIP styles. The styles are radically different from each other, which allows for multifaceted development. I can't imagine my life without dance and without medicine; they create balance and give me a lot of energy that I want to share!
