

Physical activity has been an integral part of my life since childhood. First, it was artistic gymnastics, then all kinds of dance styles, which eventually made me a soloist of the most popular dance group. I have been teaching continuously for 9 years and see hundreds of happy people who initially come only for a beautiful shape, but ultimately get a qualitatively healthy body. My philosophy is a HEALTHY BODY, a body that doesn't bother you. You can run, jump, dive, conquer peaks, travel a lot, be resilient, and it's EASY for you. My goal is to share the mood with you, show you what modern fitness is, and infect you with love, Love for Life and Fitness.
