My name is Nastya, I am 26 years old ☺️
I was born and live in Vladivostok.
I have been dancing since I was 3, and I have been teaching for 11 years.
I opened my own dance studio.
Now I am studying to become a dance movement therapist.
My mission as a teacher is to show people that dance is something more than just learning movements to music and honing technique. There is a great MEANING in dance. I teach to live emotions and get the maximum therapeutic effect in the process.
