About the instructor

Hi! My name is Anya. I have been dancing for 16 years, 5 of which I have been teaching. Ex-dancer of the main lineup of Kristina Golubkina's team RiShow, prize-winner of show pro true twerk 2024 as part of the team, prize-winner of heels battles in the pro category. I work with artists such as Polina Gagarina, Seville, Artur Pirozhkov, Nikolai Baskov, Jony, and others. I have been in dance all my life, and I constantly develop myself in completely different directions, which is why stage work comes easily to me. Currently, my main direction is high heels, beautiful aesthetic dances on heels. My goal is to help women who are not professionally involved in dance to learn to feel their bodies and enjoy it. In my teaching method, I combine the basic principles of body mechanics with inner feelings of femininity and beauty. Together, this provides proper development and helps maintain motivation in the long term. I seek a balance between technique, without which healthy correct movement is impossible, and the emotional component, which is essentially what dance is.
