About the instructor
Born on December 12, 1983 in Havana, Cuba. Professional dancer and teacher, graduated from the National School of Art (Escuela Nacional de Arte), class of 2000 from the National School of Musical Shows (Escuela Nacional de Espectaculos Musicales, ENEM) in Havana. Worked with the Ballet of Cuban Television (Ballet de la Television Cubana) under the direction of maestro Cristy Dominguez. As a teacher and dancer, participated in various shows, salsa festivals, and filming of national and international music videos. Toured with master classes and show performances in countries including Mexico, Panama, France, the UK, and Turkey. Appeared in the TV series "Salsa" (Russia, 2017). Teacher and professional dancer of Yoruba, Casino, Bachata, traditional Cuban dances (Son, Cha-Cha-Cha, Mambo, Rumba, Reggaeton), modern dance, and ballet. Teaches at his school Bailen con Boris Quintero in Moscow the following Afro-Cuban styles: • Salsa Casino • Cha-Cha-Cha • Son • Bachata • Merengue • Rumba • Afro (Orisha dances, Yoruba dances, Palo, etc.) • Body movement and stretching
