Greetings! or LERI LUN I am a teacher of such styles as FRAME UP STRIP and EXOTIC POLE DANCE, and I also provide information that is useful for any style, as it is based on the basics of human movement and biomechanics! I teach how to move competently and safely, how to interact with the floor, and I focus on conscious movement (we will learn to dance, not just perform movements). My strong point is applying a vast toolkit from various fields, explaining in detail in simple language through associations, with heightened attention to the little things and details that significantly affect your movement and sensations. For me, dance is a philosophy of life, something I get a kick out of (to say the least), and I really want you to fall in love and keep falling in love with dance every day (both your own and others')! Behind me and ahead are many victories at championships and festivals in solo, duet, and team categories (not only my own but also my students'). So, we are also well-versed in that.
