What do you think about when you dance? How to make a move more impressive? Play the rhythm as musically as possible or think about something else? Something else... It's always fascinating how a person's mind works when they dance.
Do you surrender completely to the will of movement and music, letting them carry you through waves of rhythm, glances, and time? Is your mind calm in that moment, or agitated and intoxicated by another adrenaline rush... As for me, it concerns me.
That's just a joke. In the sense that for me, true dance is like meditation — you completely dissolve into space and, as if from a third-person perspective, watch yourself. And every movement is just a simple joke, reflecting truth in its unparalleled and straightforward manner.
The truth of words, thoughts, sensations, feelings. You can laugh along or at me, find bitter irony, and smile through tears. Or you might see nothing. Nothing is fine too.
After all, for each person it is their own — or simply the joy of movement and the ability to breathe freely and effortlessly... Dance on the inhale as well as the exhale, because without either, you'd suffocate... Dance is the body's way to breathe. With this thought, I dance.
