Often in class, I don't have time to explain why pouring emotion into your dance is as important as technique. Here's why you should always remember that.
Often in class, I don't have time to explain to you, dear ladies, how important it is to put not only technique but also emotion into your dance. So I decided to write about it, and I really ask you to always remember this, and I'll do my best to remind you)))
Let's figure out why you come to the studio time and again – why do you dance? As a rule, there aren't many reasons:Of course, you can achieve all these goals, I repeat, with regular practice. But there's another wonderful benefit: EMOTIONAL RELEASE. Changing activities always benefits our emotional state.
Try to carry the dance through yourself! Try to convey the emotions you want through body language! In the dance studio, you can 'dance' the character and emotion you want to feel right here, right now. Enjoy the dance to the fullest! Remember, you are beautiful! Put not only quality execution into the dance but also character. Live the dance over and over, flirt, play, and of course, dance – it's known to prolong life and make its quality much higher!
Stay healthy and beautiful!
