When you're feeling down, think of something beautiful, put on your favorite music, and keep moving in the rhythm of dance—everything will be fine! Dance is a little life: keep dancing, never stop. Don't bother wondering what the point is. If you start thinking too much, your feet will freeze, and your connection with the world will break. So you must never let your feet stop.
Even if everything around seems foolish and meaningless—pay no attention. Focus on the rhythm, remember there's nothing to fear, and keep dancing. Squeeze every drop of energy out of yourself. Your main opponent is fatigue and the panic that comes with it.
This happens to everyone. You'll start to feel like the whole world is against you. Your feet will begin to stop on their own, but there's no other way—you absolutely must dance.
